Privacy Policy
Last updated October 9, 2026
This website is the portfolio of fashion designer and artist Ana Grebec. This policy explains what personal data is processed when you visit the site or write to me, and what your rights are.
Who is responsible
Ana Grebec, e-mail: ana.grebec@gmail.com
What I collect
When you use the contact form, I receive your name, e-mail address, subject and message. I use them only to reply to you and, if you wish, to discuss a custom order or a purchase. I do not use them for newsletters or marketing, and I do not sell or share them with anyone except the services listed below.
The site has no user accounts, no analytics and no advertising or tracking cookies.
Services that process data
Cloudflare hosts the site and protects the contact form from spam (Cloudflare Turnstile). To do this it processes your IP address and technical information about your browser.
Sanity delivers the images on this site, so it receives your IP address when images load.
Resend delivers contact form messages to me by e-mail.
Google (Gmail) is where I receive and keep the messages.
Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the United States, under their own safeguards for international data transfers.
Legal basis
I process your contact details to answer your request, at your request, and because I have a legitimate interest in replying to messages sent to me.
How long I keep your data
Messages stay in my e-mail only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any order that follows. You can ask me to delete them at any time.
Links to other websites
The site links to Instagram, Facebook and Etsy. When you follow those links, the privacy policies of those services apply.
Do Not Track
This site does not track visitors over time or across other websites, so it treats all visitors the same whether or not a Do Not Track signal is sent.
Your rights
You can ask me to tell you what data I hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it. Write to ana.grebec@gmail.com.
If you think your data has been handled unlawfully, you can complain to a data protection authority: in Serbia the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (www.poverenik.rs), in the EU the authority in your country.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with a new date.
